Hey Donny — the video provided shows step by step instructions to get a song from your itunes library to your phone: https://youtu.be/Q-xHBayUHlI. Don’t forget to download the song from your Songfinch Song Page and store it on a playlist in your itunes. If you’re still having trouble, it may be something with your computer or phone connection and you may need to contact Apple for further assistance.

Since this song will be for my girlfriends birthday, how can I send the song to her iPhone device?

    July 31, 2021 at 12:11 pm Reply
    • rob

Hey Tonnes — you can send her the song page URL and she can stream it there via the internet as well as learn about the artist, read the lyrics and if you added on a photo slideshow, she can watch it there as well. 🙂 We also have an add-on that is going live in the next couple weeks that allows you to add your song to Spotify, Amazon Music, and/or Apple Music. If you’d like some information about that, please reach out to us at support@songfinch.com and we’d be happy to provide details on that. 🙂 Thank you!

I have tried emailing several times and have not received any responses. I have a completed song and have added the pictures but I do not have a way to save the file. I need to send it to the venue so it can be played at our dinner for the recipients. Everytime I hit download nothing comes up to allow me to save it to a file with the pictures. How do I just get the song with the photos in a file that I can send to the venue and to the recipients to have and play when they want to and to the venue so they can have it ready for us to play at the event? I have emailed several times and have not received any answers. I need help badly with this.

    Thank you,
